From Boston and the West via Mass Turnpike:
Take Mass Turnpike (I-90) West to Exit 12. Bear left after toll onto Route 9 West. Go over the bridge and pass the Sheraton Hotel on your right. At the first set of lights, turn right onto California Avenue into the Framingham Industrial Park. Pass Family Fitness. We are the first building on the left over the railroad tracks. Enter through the second driveway. The student entrance is located on the side of the building.

From Worcester:
Take Route 9 East. On Route 9, look for a set of lights with a sign marked Framingham Industrial Park. At the lights, take a left onto California Avenue (Tin Alley Grill Restaurant will be on the left). Pass Family Fitness. We are the first building on the left over the railroad tracks. Enter through the second driveway. The student entrance is located on the side of the building.

From I-495:
Take I-495 to Route 9 East (Exit 23A). At the fourth set of lights, take a left onto California Avenue (Tin Alley Grill Restaurant will be on left). Pass Family Fitness. We are the first building on the left over the railroad tracks. Enter through the second driveway. The student entrance is located on the side of the building.
